No. GoMoneyMiles is designed so employers can participate at no direct cost. You promote the program internally, and the platform handles tracking, rewards, and support. 

You’ll register your organization, designate a point of contact, and share program materials with your employees. We provide ready-to-use email templates, flyers, and digital assets to make rollout simple. 

Very little. Once you introduce the program to employees, GoMoneyMiles manages the app, commute tracking, and rewards distribution. Your staff mainly helps promote the program and answer basic internal questions. 

Employers may receive aggregated reports showing program participation and overall commute trends, such as how many employees are enrolled and total sustainable commutes taken. These reports do not include individual-level commute details. 

We only use the minimum data needed to operate the rewards program. Individual commute details are not shared with employers. Any external reporting uses aggregated or anonymized data. For more details, you can Read our Privacy Policy 

Yes. Many employers choose to promote GoMoneyMiles alongside existing wellness, sustainability, or commute programs. Our team can provide sample language and ideas for integrating GoMoneyMiles into your internal communications. 

We provide an employer toolkit that includes email templates, intranet copy, flyers, posters, and presentation slides. You can customize these materials with your logo and share them through your usual channels.

Beta testers can earn rewards in two ways during the pilot period: 

● Surveys & feedback: Participants earn rewards for completing short surveys and providing feedback that helps improve the program. 

● Mileage-based rewards: Participants can also earn rewards based on eligible, logged commute activity captured through the GoCarma app. 

Employers only see aggregated, anonymized data—individual trip details and earnings are never shared.
